en ارزیابی بالینی رادیوگرافیکی اثربخشی ژل حاوی کیتوزان درمان نقص‌های داخل‌استخوانی پریودنتال پریودنتیکس Periodontics مقاله پژوهشي Research Paper <span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><b><span lang="AR-SA">مقدمه:</span></b>&nbsp;<span lang="AR-SA">نقایص داخل استخوانی از علائم مهم پیشرفت بیماری پریودنتال هستند&nbsp; بازسازی کامل بافت هدف اصلی درمان‌های پریودنتال محسوب می‌شود. این مطالعه&nbsp; هدف ارزیابی بالینی و رادیوگرافیک</span>&nbsp;<span lang="AR-SA"> تأثیر ژل حاوی کیتوزان&nbsp; درمان نقایص داخل استخوانی پریودنتال انجام شد</span>.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><b><span lang="FA">مواد و </span><span lang="AR-SA">روش ها</span></b><span lang="AR-SA">: این کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی سازی شده دو سوکور بر روی 26 ناحیه پروگزیمالی با ضایعات داخل استخوانی سه دیواره یا دو دیواره</span> combined&nbsp; پرمولرها و مولرهای اول یا دوم فک بالا یا پایین در بین بیماران بالغ نیازمند درمان مراجعه کننده به بخش پریودنتولوژی انجام شد. بیماران&nbsp; صورت تصادفی به دو گروه تقسیم شدند. گروه اول ژل حاوی کیتوزان و بیماران گروه دوم ژل فاقد کیتوزان (گروه کنترل) را حین جراحی دریافت کردند. پارامتر های PPD (Probing Pocket Deph)<span lang="AR-SA">، </span>CAL(Clinical Attachment &nbsp;level)<span lang="FA">،</span> GR (Gingival Recesion) &nbsp;و GI (Gingivl index) <span lang="AR-SA">در ابتدای مطالعه (قبل از جراحی) و 6 ماه بعد از جراحی در اطراف هر دندان اندازه گیری شد. همچنین تصاویر رادیوگرافیک قبل و بعد از جراحی به وسیله</span> digital subtraction <span lang="AR-SA">بررسی شد</span>.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><b><span lang="AR-SA">نتایج:</span></b><span lang="AR-SA"> در گروه دریافت کننده ژل حاوی کیتوزان، به طور معنی داری کاهش بیشتری در شاخص های</span> PPD <span lang="AR-SA">و</span> CAL <span lang="AR-SA">پس از سپری شدن 6 ماه از جراحی، ایجاد شد </span>(P=0.01)<span lang="AR-SA">. یافته‌های رادیوگرافی کاهش آماری معنی‌داری در </span>PPD و بهبود قابل توجه CAL در گروه دریافت‌کننده ژل کیتوزان نشان داد (P<0.01<span lang="AR-SA">).</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%">&nbsp;<b><span lang="AR-SA">نتیجه گیری:</span></b> <span lang="FA">بر اساس نتایج، استفاده از ژل کیتوزان به عنوان ماده مکمل&nbsp; جراحی‌های نقص استخوان توصیه می‌شود.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Background</span></span></span></b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">: </span></span></span></span></span></span><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:14.0pt">Intrabony defects are a key indicator of periodontal disease progressin, and complete tissue rgeneration is the primary goal of periodontal treatment. The aim of this study was to assess the clinical and radiographic efficacy of Chitosan-containing gel in treating Periodontel intrabony defectes.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Methods</span></span></span></b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">: </span></span></span></span></span></span><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="background:white"><span style="line-height:14.0pt">This double-blind randomizad clinical trial was conducted on 26 proximal sites with combined three-walled or two-walled intrabony defects in maxillary and mandibular molars of adult patient, referred to the periodontol patients were randomly divided into two group. The first group received a chitosan-containing gal, while the control group received a chitosan-free gal during surgery. Clinical parameters -Probing Pocket Depth (ppD), Clinical Attachment Level (CAL), Gingivel Recession (GR), and Gingival Index (GI) - were measured before and six months after surgery. Radiographic images were also analyze before and after surgery using digital subtraction.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Results: </span></span></span></b></span></span></span><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="line-height:14.0pt">In the group that receiving chitosan gel, there was a significantly greater reduction in PPD and CAL indices six months after surgery (P=0.01).
