en اندازه گیری غلظت عناصر آهن، منیزیم و کروم در بزاق تحت درمان ارتودنسی ثابت ارتودنتیکس Orthodontics مقاله پژوهشي Research Paper <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="color:#000080;"><b>مقدمه: </b></span>آلیاژهای استیل زنگ نزن که در ارتودنسی ثابت کاربرد دارند، دارای عناصر آهن ،منیزیم وکروم هستند که ممکن است به دلیل کروژن در محیط دهان آزاد شوند. هدف از این مطالعه ارزیابی میزان تغییرات این عناصر در بزاق بیماران تحت درمان ارتودنسی با ابزارهای ثابت می باشد.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="color:#000080;"><b>مواد و روش ها: </b></span>در یک مطالعه کلینیکی با نمونه گیری غیر تصادفی آسان یک میلی متر بزاق ۱۱ بیمار ( ۷ زن و ۴ مرد) نیازمند درمان ارتودنسی ثابت که ترمیم و کرون نداشته اند، جمع آوری شد. طی دوره درمان ارتودنسی در زمانهای متوالی ( یک روز، یک هفته یک ماه ، ۲ ماه و ۶ ماه) یک میلی لیتر از بزاق جمع آوری و از نظر میزان عناصر آهن (اسپکتر و فتومتری Spector photometry ) کروم (جذب اتمی Atomic absorption ) و منیزیم (اسپکتروفتومتری Spector photometry ) مورد بررسی قرارگرفت. براکت، بند و سیم بکار رفته در همه بیماران از آلیاژ استیل زنگ نزن ساخت شرکت دنتاروم بودند. پس از پایان جمع آوری نمونه ها، آنالیز داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری Azeri-5 و Spss10 و تست Repeated measures انجام شد.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="color:#000080;"><b>یافته ها: </b></span>میانگین غلظت آهن ۰/۵۴۱&plusmn;&nbsp;۶۶/۳۲۶ ، کروم&nbsp;۰/۳۲۴ &plusmn; ۰/۴۸۳، منیزیوم ۲۹۳ &plusmn; ۰/۵۵۲در طول مطالعه کاهش یافته بودند اما این نتایج از نظر آماری معنادار نبودند. ( P>0.05)</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="color:#000080;"><b>نتیجه گیری: </b></span>طی درمان ارتودنسی ثابت غلظت آهن،کروم و منیزیوم در بزاق از حد استاندارد فراتر نمی رود</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: tahoma;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 128);"><b>Introduction: </b></span>Stainless steel alloy used in orthodontics has elements such as iron - magnesium and chromium , which may be released due to corrosion in the mouth . The aim of this study was to evaluate the changes of these elements in the saliva of patients undergoing fixed orthodontic treatment.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: tahoma;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 128);"><b>Methods: </b></span>In a clinical study with simple non- random sampling , 1ml saliva of 11 patients (7 females and 4 males ) who needed fixed orthodontic treatment and had no restorations or crowns were collected. During the fixed orthodontic treatment at successive times ( a day, a week, a month , two months and six months ), 1 ml of saliva was collected and evaluated for the amount of iron ( spectrophotometry), chromium ( atomic absorption), and magnesium ( spectrophotometry ). Bracket , band and wire used in all patients were stainless steel alloy and were manufactured by Dentaurum Company.
