en «حواس‌پرتی ناشی از اشتباه عمدی»؛ تکنیکی نوآورانه برای پرت کردن حواس کودکان طول درمان دندانپزشکی کودکان Pedodontics گزارش موردی Case Report <strong><span style="color:#3498db;"><span style="background-color:#ffffff;">مقدمه:</span></span> </strong>علیرغم معرفی تکنیک‌های رفتاری متعدد، درمان دندانپزشکی کودکان هنوز&nbsp; چالش پیچیده برای تیم دندانپزشکی و خانواده‌ها است. هدف از این مطالعه معرفی روش نوآورانه &quot;حواس‌پرتی عمدی&quot; و مقایسه اثربخشی آن با تکنیک &quot;حواس‌پرتی رایج&quot; در درمان دندانپزشکی 3 بیمار کودک بود.<br> <br> <span style="color:#3498db;"><strong>شرح موردی: </strong></span>در این مجموعه موارد، 3 مورد، شامل 2 پسر و 1 دختر، با استفاده از روش‌های رفتاری &quot;حواس‌پرتی عمدی&quot; و &quot;حواس‌پرتی مکالمه‌ای&quot; در&nbsp; طرح متقاطع (split-mouth) تحت درمان قرار گرفتند. پاسخ‌ها رفتاری کودکان در زمان تزریق بی‌حسی موضعی در&nbsp; حین کشیدن دندان&nbsp; استفاده از مقیاس Sound Eye Motor (SEM) ارزیابی شد. نتایج نشان داد که نمونه‌ در طول درمان با روش &quot;حواس‌پرتی عمدی&quot; نمرات پایین‌تر نسبت به درمان با استفاده از حواس‌پرتی مکالمه‌ داشتند.<br> <br> <span style="color:#3498db;"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> </span>با توجه به پاسخ‌های رفتار کمتر کودکان هنگام استفاده از حواس‌ پرتی عمدی&nbsp; مقایسه با حواس‌پرتی مکالمه‌ای هنگام اعمال محرک‌ی دردناک، به نظر می‌رسد که این تکنیک می‌تواند نویدبخش نتیایج مؤثری در هدایت رفتار کودکان باشد.<br> <br> <span style="color:#3498db;"><strong>واژه‌های کلیدی:</strong></span> رفتار کودکان، دندانپزشک ، اضطراب، درد. <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:#0066cc">Introduction:</span></span></b> <span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Despite the introduetion of numerous behaviorel techniques, pediatric dental treatment is still a complexs challenge for the dantal team and familie. The aim of this study was to introduec the innovative method of &quot;</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Intentional mistake distrcation</span></span><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">&quot; and to compare its effectivenes with the &quot;common distraction&quot; technique in the dental treatment of 3 pediatric patient.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:#0066cc">Case descriptions:</span></span></b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""> In this case series, 3 cases, including 2 boys and 1 girl, were treated using the behavioral method &ldquo;</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Intentional mistakes distraction</span></span><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">&rdquo; and &ldquo;Conversational distraction</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">&rdquo; in a crossover (split-mouth) designs. The children&#39;s behavioral responses were assessed at the time oF local anesthetic injection and during tooth extractioin using the Sound Eye Motor (SeM) scale</span></span><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">.
