en ارزیابی میزان غلظت فلوراید دهان شویه های موجود در بازار ایران Evaluation of Fluoride Concentration in mouth rinses Available in Iranian Market بهداشت دهان Oral Health مقاله پژوهشي Research Paper مقدمه : استفاده از دهانشویه ها راهی موثر  برای کنترل پوسپدگی دندان است. خواص ضد پوسیدگی دهان شویه ها به میزان فلوراید موجود در آنها بستگی دارد. دانستن مواد تشکیل دهنده دهان شوبه ها میتواند به انتخاب دهان شویه مناسب کمک کند.این مطالعه با هدف تعیین غلظت فلوراید دهان شویه های ،  طراحی و اجرا شده است. مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه  روش تجربی آزمایشگاهی به بررسی دهان شویه های موجود در بازار شهر اصفهان پرداخت. برای بررسی میزان فلوراید دهان شویه ها از روش افزایش استاندارد (پتانسیومتری مستقیم) برای بررسی 18 بطری دهان‌شویه از شش برند ( Misswake ، Zenon، Bencer، Dent-a-xy،Vi- One و Plastrin) توسط الکترودهای انتخابی یونی (ISEs) استفاده کرد. نتایج با استفاده از آزمون t تک نمونه ارزیابی شد. مقدار p<0.05 از نظر آماری معنی‌دارد در نظر گرفته شد.  یافته&lrm;ها: نتایج نشان‌دهنده تفاوت معنادار (سطح معناداری 5 درصد) بین مقادیر اندازه‌گیری شده و ارقام چاپ شده روی یرچسب در نمونه‌ها بود.میانگین غلظت فلوراید برای شش برند دهان شویه اندازه گیری شد.  ( Misswake: 74.08±27.89 ppm ، Zenon: 89.12±4.48 ppm ، Bencer: 774.31±19.37 ppm، Dent-a-xyle: 861.44±31.54ppm ، Plastrin: 122.01±2.24 ppm ، Vi-One: 151.02±101.47 ppm ) در دهان شویه های برند دنتاکسیل و نبسر ، علی رغم تفاوت با مقدار درج شده روی بطری، میزان فلوراید برای پیشگیری از پوسیدگی کافی بود. نتیجه&lrm;گیری  : میزان فلوراید آزاد شده در  دهان شویه ها با میزان فلوراید اعلام شده توسط شرکت سازنده همخوانی نداشت. نظارت و بهبود روش‌هایی ارزیابی فلوراید ضروری است. علاوه بر این، باید اطلاعات کافی و دقیق در مورد بطری های دهانشویه ارائه شود.همچنین به مطالعات بیشتری در این زمینه نیاز است. واژگان کلیدی: دهان شوبه، سدیم فلوراید،الکترود انتخابی یون، پوسیدگی دندانی   Introduction: The use of mouthwash is an effective method of combating tooth decay. The anti-caries effact of mouthwashes depends on the amount of fluoride they contain. Knowing the ingredient of mouthwashes can help user to choose the right products. The aim of this study was too determine the fluoride concentration in the mouthwashes. Material & Methods: In this in vitro study, the mouthwashes available on the market were investigateid. 18 bottles of mouthwashes from six brands (Misswake, Zenon, Bencer, Dent-a-xyl, Vi-One, and Plastrin) were analyzed using ion-selective electrodes (ISEs) according to the standard addition method (direct potentiometry) to examine. a one-sample T-test was used to analyze the data. A value of p< 0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results: The result showed a significant difference betwaen the measured values and the information on the label of the bottles. The mean fluoride concentration of 6 mouthwashes  was measured (Misswake: 74.08±27.89 ppm , Zenon: 89.12±4.48 ppm, Bencer: 774.31±19.27 ppm, Dent-a-xyle: 861.44±31.54 ppm, Plastrin: 122.01±2.24 ppm and Vi-One: 151.02±101.47 ppm).  The amount of fluoride in the Bencer and Dent-a-xyl mouthwashes was sufficient to prevent tooth decay, despite the different amounts indicated on the bottle. Conclusions: The amount of fluoride released in the mothwashes did not match the amount of fluoride claimed by the manufacturer. There is a need to monitor and improve the methods used to evaluate fluoride. In addition, adequate and accurate information should be provided on the bottles of mouthwashes and further researchs is needed on the amount of fluoride in mouthwashe.
