en پریفرال آملوبلاستوما: کیس ریپورت و مرور مقالات بیماری های دهان Oral Medicine گزارش موردی Case Report <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:200%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="AR-SA">آملوبلاستومای محیطی</span> (PA) <span lang="AR-SA">یک زیرگروه نادر از آملوبلاستوما است که در بافت نرم رخ می دهد. شایع ترین محل درگیری فک پایین است بیشتر در مردان شایع است. بیشترین احتمال بروز دهه ششم زندگی است. در اینجا ما یک دختر ۱۹ ساله را با یک ضایعه به اندازه ۱۰ میلی متر در لثه لینگوال فک پایین گزارش می دهیم. سطح پاپیلاری بود و هیچ گونه درد و خونریزی در آن مشاهده نشد. ارزیابی هیستوپاتولوژیک تکثیر نئوپلاستی سلولهای اپیتلیال ادونتوژنیک را در بافت همبند نشان داد. برخلاف بسیاری از موارد دیگر</span> PA <span lang="AR-SA">، به نظر می رسید که این لانه ها از لایه بازال سرچشمه گرفته اند. هیچ درگیری استخوانی و تهاجمی شدیدی در</span> CBCT <span lang="AR-SA">یا</span> Panoramic <span lang="AR-SA">مشاهده نشد. بیمار</span><span lang="FA">ی</span><span lang="AR-SA"> به مدت ۱۰ سال باید پیگیری شود. پیش آگهی بیماران مبتلا به</span> PA <span lang="AR-SA">به طور کلی خوب است ، مواردی از عود ضایعه گزارش شده است. به دلیل نادر بودن</span> PA <span lang="AR-SA">، مطالعه بیشتر در مورد منشا و نتیجه درمان ضروری است</span>.</span></span></span></span></span><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:200%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif;"></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="line-height:200%"><span style="line-height:200%">Peripheral ameloblastoma (PA) is a rare subtype of ameloblastoma that occurs in soft tissue. It most commonly affects the mandible and is more common in males. It most commonly occurs in the sixth decade of life. This case report represented a 19-year-old girl with a 10-mm lesion on the lingual gingiva of the mandible. The surface was papillary and no pain or bleeding was noted. Histopathologic examination revealed neoplastic proliferation of odontogenic epithelial cells nested in a connective tissue context. Unlike many other PA cases, these nests appeared to originate from the basal cell layer of the epithelium. Cone-beam computed tomography and orthopantomogram did not reveal severe bone involvement and aggression. The patient is planned to be followed-up for 10 years.
