en ارزیابی مورفولوژی کانال ریشه پره مولر اول فک بالا با استفاده از تصاویر توموگرافی کامپیوتری با اشعه مخروطی در جمعیتی ایرانی رادیولوژی دهان، فک و صورت Oral & Maxillofacial Radiology مقاله پژوهشي Research Paper <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="color:#000099;"><strong>مقدمه :</strong></span> با توجه به تاثیر قومیت و نژاد برروی مورفولوژی کانال ریشه دندان‌های مختلف، این مطالعه با هدف تعیین آناتومی کانال ریشه در دندان های پره مولر اول دائمی ماگزیلا با استفاده از<span dir="LTR"> CBCT </span>در جمعیت ایرانی انجام شد .<span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span></span><br> <span style="color:#000099;"><strong>مواد و روش ها:</strong></span> در این مطالعه توصیفی &ndash; مقطعی، تعداد ۱۵۰ کلیشه رادیوگرافی<span dir="LTR"> CBCT </span>از یک جمعیت ایرانی مراجعه کننده به یک کلینیک رادیولوژی در شهر رفسنجان، ایران مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.تصاویر<span dir="LTR"> CBCT </span>از نظر تعداد ریشه و تعداد کانال پره مولرهای اول ماگزیلا و هم چنین تایپ کانال ها در تصاویر اگزیال و مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند . جهت بررسی موروفولوژی ریشه از طبقه بندی ورتوچی<span dir="LTR"> (Vertucci) </span>استفاده شد. اطلاعات بوسیله یک چک لیست جمع‌آوری شد<span dir="LTR">.</span> از آزمون <span dir="LTR">T</span> مستقل و آزمون مجذور کای استفاده شد و سطح معنی‌داری در آزمون ها </span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif;">۰/۰۵</span></span><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">&nbsp;در نظر گرفته شد.<span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span></span><br> <span style="color:#000099;"><strong>یافته‌ها :</strong></span> بررسی ۱۵۰ کلیشه نشان داد ۸۱ کلیشه تک ریشه و ۶۹ تا دو ریشه بودند.از نظر تایپ کانال در دندان‌های تک ریشه در ۱۳ کلیشه (۱۶ درصد) تایپ<span dir="LTR">I </span>،<span dir="LTR">۳۶</span>کلیشه( </span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:Tahoma,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">۴۴/۴</span></span></span><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">درصد) تایپ<span dir="LTR"> II</span>،<span dir="LTR">۶</span>کلیشه (</span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:Tahoma,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">۴</span></span></span><span style="font-family:Tahoma,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">/<span dir="RTL">۷</span></span></span><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">درصد) تایپ<span dir="LTR"> III</span>،<span dir="LTR">۱۷</span>کلیشه (۲۱ درصد) تایپ<span dir="LTR"> IV</span>،<span dir="LTR">۲ </span>کلیشه (</span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:Tahoma,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">۵</span></span></span><span style="font-family:Tahoma,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">/<span dir="RTL">۲</span></span></span><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> درصد) تایپ<span dir="LTR"> V</span>،<span dir="LTR">۴</span>کلیشه (</span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:Tahoma,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">۹</span></span></span><span style="font-family:Tahoma,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">/<span dir="RTL">۴</span></span></span><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">درصد) تایپ<span dir="LTR"> VI </span>و ۳ کلیشه (۱۶ درصد) تایپ<span dir="LTR"> VII </span>مشاهده شد. لازم به ذکر است که در هیچ یک از کلیشه های مورد بررسی، کانال با تایپ<span dir="LTR"> VIII </span>مشاهده نگردید<span dir="LTR">.</span><span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span></span><br> <span style="color:#000099;"><strong>نتیجه گیری :</strong></span> این مطالعه نشان داد جمعیت ایرانی دارای موفولوژی کانال ریشه پره مولر اول فک بالا پیچیده هستند و طبق طبقه بندی ورتوچی ،نوع <span dir="LTR">II</span> و <span dir="LTR">IV</span> بیشتر رایج هستند، بنابراین درمانگر باید قبل از درمان ریشه دندان پره مولر اول فک بالا بسیار مراقب باشد .</span></span><strong><span dir="LTR" style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span></span></strong><span dir="LTR"></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="color:#000099;">Introduction:</span> </strong>Considering the effect of ethnicity and race on the root canal morphology of different teeth, this study was conducted to determine the root canal anatomy of permanent maxillary first premolars using cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) in an Iranian population.<span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong><span style="color:#000099;">Materials & Methods:</span> </strong>This descriptive cross-sectional study was performed on 150 CBCT radiographs of an Iranian population, referred to a Radiology Clinic in Rafsanjan, Iran. The CBCT images were evaluated in terms of the number of roots and canals of maxillary first premolar and also canal types in axial and sagittal images. The Vertucci classification was used for assessing the root morphology. Data were collected using a checklist. The independent t-test and Chi-square test were used and analyzed at a significance level of 0.05<span dir="RTL">.</span> <span dir="RTL"></span><br> <span style="color:#000099;"><strong>Results: </strong></span>A study of 150 radiographs showed that 81 and 69 ones had one root and two roots, respectively. In terms of canal type in the single-root teeth, 13 radiographs (16%) were type I, 36 (44.4%) were type II, 6 (7.4%) were type III, 17 (21%) were type IV, two (2.5%) were type V, four (4.9%) were type VI, and three (16%) were type VII.
